Make a Donation in Memory or Honor of Someone Special

Using our secure donation form, you may designate your git in memory or in honor of someone who is special to you.  This person, or the person you designate, will receive a notice from SDHFH that you have made this gift in their (or their loved one's) name.  If you prefer to mail in your gift, please designate the person who the gift is in memory/honor of, and the name and address of the person you wish to receive the notice of the gift.  You, as the donor, will receive a gift acknowledgement for tax purposes.
