As a non-profit builder of affordable homes, Habitat’s unique program partners with hardworking families and offers a hand up, not a hand out.  Families are given the opportunity to own a simple, decent and affordable home of their own with a 0%-interest mortgage.  Habitat homes are located throughout San Diego County – Oceanside, Carlsbad, Escondido, El Cajon, Lemon Grove, San Diego, National City and Imperial Beach – with more to come!
